Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or special events or experiences. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat product benefits from Lillian's Cottage Kreations. These programs are based on an annual obligation, billed monthly, and require a minimum 60-day written cancellation request to avoid renewal. 

You have an initial 90-day satisfaction period upon the start of a subscription to request a full cancellation of the program and to break the 12-month commitment. 

If you complete a written request to discontinue the subscription before the end of the 90-day satisfaction period, you will only be charged for the first two to three months of the program, depending on when the request was received, and then all subsequent recurring billing will be stopped. 

After the 90-day satisfaction period, your subscription becomes non-refundable, whether or not you choose to continue to accept your monthly product gifts as part of the program.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these monthly subscription periods, unless you choose to pay in advance at a reduced rate.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it with a 60-day written request sent to lillianscottage-kreations@gmail.com. Alternatively, you can mail your request to Lillian's Cottage Kreations, 6717 66th Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428. Written correspondence sent through the postal service must be postmarked within the 60-day cancellation period to be accepted. 

If you have an immediate regret or change of heart, you have 14 days from the date of the initial order to request a change or cancellation in your subscription to qualify for a possible full refund.  Refunds are subject to receiving the returned promotional products in good condition, unworn, undamaged, and with their original packaging and tags intact.

Pre-orders of Perishable Products
When you pre-order a product from Lillian's Cottage Kreations, you are most likely buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory, or requesting a custom order that requires the use of raw materials we do not necessarily keep readily on hand, nor may be able to resell at another event or through other means. 

For this reason, we require the collection of a non-refundable deposit or a partial payment at the time of your order or at checkout. We will temporarily store your payment method, then charge the full or remaining payment at such time when your order has been fulfilled and/or delivered.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, and we will not charge the remainder due. If the order has been fulfilled, however, then it becomes uncancelable and, therefore, non-refundable.
