Refund policy
We offer a 10-day return policy on all our printed promotional products, which means you have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return.ย
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lillianscottage.kreations@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6717 66th Ave N, Brooklyn Park MN 55428. Cost of shipping the return item back to Lillian's Cottage Kreations is your responsibility.ย
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, and the product is deemed defective, additional funds for shipping may be awarded. This is a case-by-case circumstance. Any evidence of wear and tear or product tampering may result in disqualification from a refund. A change of heart about the purchase or a product that is not a good fit will not qualify for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).ย Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.ย
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
